We have recently handed over 6 fully validated walk in incubator rooms for a food testing company to incubate samples and petri dishes.
The rooms were fully integrated into the adjacent laboratory with separate entry and exit doors.
Due to the lack of wall space because either end of the room had doors fitted and to maximise space within the room we designed our own ceiling mounted room accessible cooling coil that operates using chilled water closed loop system.
The room control as seen on the room mapping was better than +/- 0.2oC and therefore they easily passed rigorous room validation.
The rooms were delivered on time and within budget.
With our in house capability to design bespoke components any configuration can be accommodated easily.
The rooms utilise our standard range of heating and cooling systems / controls.
