Technickon have recently handed over a close controlled walk in cold room for Quay Pharma near Chester UK.
The project was tendered and therefore we had to find the ultimate solution to fit the Clients budget, the room out performed our expectations and now forms the basis of design for all future close controlled pharmaceutical cold rooms we design and build.
The room was fully validated by temperature mapping and qualification to prove compliance with the Clients URS.
By close controlling refrigeration systems and various in room air mixing systems the performance exceeded the Clients requirements.
Following the successful hand over on time and on budget we are now in discussions to provide many other close controlled rooms for this Client.
